2018年度开放基金申请指南

 

一、实验室简介

省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室依托昆明理工大学建设。实验室主要是针对铜、铅、锌、锡、镍以及稀有稀散金属等复杂有色金属资源存在的多组分共伴生、杂质含量高、嵌布粒度细等问题,利用多组元矿物分选与提取、真空分离与提纯、非常规冶金、冶炼过程强化与节能四个特色研究方向,重点解决复杂有色金属资源选冶过程多元体系的组元交互作用与结构调控机制等关键科技问题,实现重大科技成果转化,达到清洁、高效地提取。

二、本年度开放研究基金主要支持方向

1、有色金属硫化矿高效浮选、氧化矿强化浮选理论与新技术研究

1)硫化矿晶体化学、表面微观性质与其浮选性能研究

2)有色金属硫化矿浮选分离的新方法、新药剂研究

3)有色金属氧化矿硫化、活化新机制研究

4劫金作用的载体及其机理研究

2、有色金属资源真空分离与提纯基础研究

1)锡、硅、铝、钛及其合金物理法提纯技术的相关基础研究

2)硒碲分离的基础研究

3)合金真空挥发动力学研究

4)新能源材料的真空制备新工艺研究

5)含砷物料成分分析检测

3、复杂有色金属资源非常规冶金基础研究

1)微波场中矿物的介电特性数据库的构建及微波反应器建模与优化

2)微波场中有色金属组元选择性分离、富集和矿相重构机理研究

3)复杂有色金属资源的外场强化浸出基础理论研究

4)复杂有色金属资源非常规分离、提取及资源深加工应用基础理论研究

4、冶炼过程强化与节能基础研究

1)冶炼过程余热、余能利用中的质、能传递规律研究

2)铜强化冶炼过程炉渣热力学性质研究

三、开放研究基金申请条件与方法

1.实验室固定人员以外的从事复杂有色金属资源清洁利用基础或应用基础研究的科研人员均可提出申请,申请人需具有高级专业技术职称或博士学位。

2.同等条件下,与本实验室有良好前期合作基础的国内外科研人员优先支持。

3.鼓励国内外访问学者积极申报。

4.申请者须填写《省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室开放课题基金申请书》,经所在单位同意后,加盖所在单位公章。

3.申请者将课题申请书一式四份于20181021日之前寄()实验室管理办公室(以邮戳为准),同时将申请书电子版发送至415808550@qq.com。实验室将按照公平公正、择优支持的原则,组织专家对申请书进行评审,评审结果报请主任办公会讨论并由学术委员会最终审定。

4.课题申请得到批准后,申请者应与省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室签订任务书,按任务书计划进行工作,接受实验室的检查和监督。

5. 开放课题所获成果按照《省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室开放研究基金管理办法(试行)》执行。学术论文等成果必须标注本重点实验室名称(省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验,昆明理工大学;State Key Laboratory of Complex Nonferrous Metal Resources Clean UtilizationKunming University of Science and Technology),同时还应对项目资助进行标注,并包含项目编号。

6. 课题研究周期为2年,资助经费强度为810万元,项目执行时间为201811-20191231日。开放课题经费使用须符合财政部、科技部印发的《国家重点实验室专项经费管理办法》、依托单位的财务管理规定以及《省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室开放研究基金管理办法(试行)》等相关规定。

四、注意事项:

1.已获资助的项目不得重复申请,一经查实,取消申请资格。

2.已获实验室开放基金资助但尚未结题的项目负责人不得申请。

State Key Laboratory of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources Clean Utilization Application Guidelines of the Open Research Fund in 2018

 

The State Key Laboratory of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources Clean Utilization was established based on the Kunming University of Science and Technology. The laboratory focuses on the fundamental theory research of complex non-ferrous metal of copper, lead, zinc, nickel, rare metals and etc. resources clean utilization. The laboratory has four main research areas: Theory and method of multi-component mineral separation and extraction; Theory and method of vacuum separation and purification for complex nonferrous metal resources; Theory and method of unconventional metallurgy; Theory and method of smelting process strengthening and energy saving.

In order to promote the fundamental and application research as well as academic exchange in the fields of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources Clean Utilization, an Open Research Fund was set up by the State Key Laboratory of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources Clean Utilization (belonging to Kunming University of Science and Technology). It is expected that the Open Research Fund will help to create great scientific research environment, attract both local and foreign excellent scholars and accelerate the development of interdisciplinary studies. Scholars and scientific researchers in the related fields, either at home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to conduct visiting research in the state key laboratory, so as to boost the research and development of complex non-ferrous metal resources clean utilization. The Open Research Fund will offer financial support to projects with high scientific values and application prospects in the following themes.

 

(1) Research theme: Research on the Theory and Application of Enhancing Flotation of Nonferrous Sulphide Ore and Oxidized Ore Main support research contents:

1) Crystal chemistry, surface properties and flotation performance of sulphide minerals

2) New methods and new flotation agents for separation of Nonferrous sulphide minerals

3) New mechanism of sulfuration and activation of nonferrous oxidized ore

4) Carrier and its mechanism of pre-grobbing effect

 

(2) Research theme: Theory and method of vacuum separation and purification for complex nonferrous metal resources

Main support research contents:

1) Physical refining to purify metallic tin, silicon, aluminum and titanium and its alloys, respectively

2) Separation of selenium and tellurium

3) The kinetics on vacuum volatilization process of alloys

4) New Techniques of new energy materials via vacuum metallurgy

5) Testing techniques for composition of materials containing arsenic

 

(3) Research theme: Basic research on unconventional metallurgy of complex nonferrous metal resources

Main support research contents:

1) Construction of database of dielectric properties of minerals in microwave fieldand the optimization of microwave reactor.

2) Mechanism of selective separation, enrichment and reconstruction of mineral phase of nonferrous metal component in microwave field.

3) Basic theory research on external field enhanced leaching process of complex nonferrous metal resources.

4) Applied basic theory research on unconventional separation, extraction and deep processing of complex nonferrous metal resources.

 

(4) Research theme: Fundamental research on intensification and energy conservation of smelting process

Main support research contents:

1) Study on the law of mass and energy transfer of utilization of residual heat and residual energy in smelting process.

2) Study on thermodynamic properties of slag in intensify smelting process of copper.

 

Introduction of projects

The Open Research Fund in 2018 is to offer financial support to 6 general research projects. All of the corresponding researchers are encouraged to apply for the Open Research Fund freely, and the support for the funding is about RMB 80000~100000.

The project's period of performance is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019.

 

Requirements for application

(1) The applicants should have already earned a PhD degree and are scientific researchers with a middle-level professional rank or above.

(2) Projects which are conducted in collaboration with fixed researchers of the state key laboratory will be given priority.

(3) Visiting scholars either at home or abroad will be given priority.

(4) Application forms are expected to be printed out in duplicate and submitted within the required deadline (accepted by postmark). The domestic applicant should stamp the seal of the organization in the application form. For applicant form abroad, the application form need to be signed in person.

 

Application deadline

Application will be accepted as of the date of guideline promulgation. And the deadline is October 21, 2017.

 

Fund management

The application will be reviewed by the organized expert group firstly, and then submitted to the Academic Commission to do the final review. According to the reviews, the applicants will be informed after the Director General of our laboratory issues the project assignments.
